Postcard Challenge Week 1
Cathy is hosting a postcard challenge at Mail Art World. She emails you a collage sheet to work from. You have to use half the items on the sheet in your postcard. The challenge goes on for 8 weeks. Here is my postcard for week one.

Free Images
I was searching for an image of a bicycle and there is a ton of stuff out there to choose from. So I thought I would just add the links here so its easier next time around. Several of these links are online stores that offer free monthly images. I read these links carefully and as far as I can tell you do not have to give credit to anyone for using these images. They all pretty much request or say you cannot sell these images on a cd or any other format but you should read the terms of use before using the image, places like wikipedia I did not read every term of use on all those links. If you have free images or public domain images and would like them linked here please email me your info at shadetreeart.com@gmail.com

Fleur De Lis Postcard
I enjoyed drawing and painting the scallop and lattice on the Pearis, Paris postcard so much that I had to do another one! Thanks Roc for inspiring me to use my stamps more!!
